The people spot app is a modern digital coaching tool that provides employees with mental health tips, helps prevent people issues from escalating and supports cultures to be more humanistic.

I created a set of illustrations for the app and their website to create a diverse, colourful and friendly atmosphere representing the humanistic and supportive approach. I also drew 100 various faces that can be paired with different functions/categories inside of the app.
